• Local Pickup and/or Same-Day Service after 6 PM: This may vary based on current workload and, in some cases, may be delayed until 1 PM the next day.
• Rush Orders: Rush orders are available upon request for expedited processing. Please contact us for pricing and availability, and our team will prioritize your order to meet your specific timeline.

8. Refund and Returns Policy

• Custom Orders: Due to the nature of custom products, returns or exchanges may not be possible. For defective or damaged products, please contact our customer service for assistance.

DTF Center San Antonio will not be responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement related to customer-provided designs.

If a design submitted by the customer is subject to licensing, and the customer fails to provide proof of such licensing upon request, DTF Center San Antonio reserves the right to cancel the order at any stage.

We retain the right to refuse or cancel any order involving designs that may potentially infringe on intellectual property rights or violate any laws.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Antonio, Texas.
